Interior Styling

All rooms will be styled to show home standards. The furniture, accessory installation and styling will be completed within a couple of days. Once finished your home will be ready to market, it will look amazing in photographs and have a great feel when viewed.

Why Stage? Here’s a few reasons…

  • Improves your online presence – your property will stand out from the crowd

  • Your property will be memorable for the right reasons. In an empty room what is there to focus on? It’s hard to distinguish one empty property from another.

  • Helps buyers visualise themselves living in a property – from where their furniture will be positioned to how they will use the space.

  • Furnished rooms look bigger then unfurnished rooms – offering reassurance to buyers, and better demonstrating a homes dimensions

  • Your property will look and feel so much more inviting then if it was empty

  • Ultimately you should expect a quicker sale and a higher asking price.
