A 'View' home can simply include window dressings, lighting and flooring. Helping buyers to visualise the space and can be offered as a buying incentive. Often used in conjunction with a show home to sell difficult properties on a development. A view home could also be used alongside a Virtual Staging package. Virtual Staging

Virtual Staging Facts

Virtual home staging is when an interior design is created virtually using CGI technology. Virtual staging is growing in popularity as a method of property marketing. The main goal of Virtual Staging is to create highly realistic images of properties, showcasing empty properties as furnished or enhancing the look of occupied homes.

Virtual Staging Examples:

You can also virtually declutter the exterior and interior of a house. For example you could remove scaffolding from an exterior shot or demonstrate how the interior of a new build could look before it is finished. If you have a property that may appeal to different markets you can demonstrate different interior styles through virtual staging. It is very quick and affordable.
For higher value properties and developments a full 3D virtual tour can be developed. This gives you the opportunity to to increase marketing potential by an extra 8 weeks and also encourage buyers to purchase off plan. Your virtual tour can be designed in conjunction with your real show home.
