A Simply Staged Project in Cambridge

Do you think home staging is only for high value homes and new builds? Not at all! My clients got amazing results by having their everyday home staged before selling. The property was a cosy 3 bedroom family home on a large housing estate near Cambridge. Nothing fancy just a previously lived in home that needed the right touch.

My clients were in an uncomfortable situation, they'd already bought their new home and were paying for two properties. They needed to sell quickly but still wanted a good price. To stay in line with my clients budget we kept the staging very simple adding just enough to create the right impression and attract the right buyers.

Once staged the house sold in just 2 weeks - and they got over the asking price and a great return on their investment.
