The Property…

• 4 Bedroom detached home located in a village just outside Ely, Cambridgeshire.

• On the market for 2 years with 5 different estate agents.

• No offers had been made.

• The price had been reduced from £525,000 to O.I.E.O £410,000

• Budget for homestaging £5000 - £10,000.

My clients had already decluttered and painted some rooms a neutral shade, they knew more needed to be done but wanted guidence on how to move forward.

In November 2019 I viewed the property and completed a home staging report. The property was clean and tidy, well presented and the work to date had been completed to a high standard.

The key areas to prioritise were:

1. Kitchen

2. Bathrooms and En Suite

3. Woodwork

The work took 2 months to complete and the house is now ready to go back on the market.

Today I am off to have a look around the property to see what has changed and how home staging has improved the appeal of this home.
